Yes. The Free plan is free forever and needs no credit card. It covers 2 invoices a month, 2 clients, 1 saved bank account and the Classic PDF template.
Basic (€8.99/month) lifts you to 50 invoices a month, 20 clients, 5 bank accounts, plus credit notes, expenses and file attachments with 5 GB of storage. Pro (€14.99/month) makes invoices, clients, credit notes and expenses unlimited, and adds recurring invoices, all three PDF templates, 25 GB of attachment storage, and the option to remove the Made with Tally Crow line.
Limits such as invoices, credit notes and expenses are counted per calendar month and reset on the 1st. Clients and bank accounts are running totals rather than monthly counts.
When a client pays one of your invoices online by card, Tally Crow takes a small application fee: 2% on Free, 1% on Basic and 0.5% on Pro. That sits on top of the payment processor’s own fee. Getting paid by bank transfer carries no such fee.
Yes. You can move up or down between Free, Basic and Pro whenever you like, and cancel at any time.
Prices show in euros, pounds or US dollars based on where you are, and you can switch currency above the plans. Checkout confirms the currency and amount before you pay, and any VAT that applies depends on your location and is shown there too. Separately, you can create invoices and credit notes in any currency.
Paying annually saves roughly 17%. Basic works out at €89.90 a year and Pro at €149.90 a year, and you can switch between monthly and yearly with the toggle on this page.
Every plan lets you email invoices to clients, send pre-due and overdue payment reminders, invoice in multiple currencies, accept online card payments, export your data to CSV, and use the analytics dashboard. Paid plans mainly raise the limits and add extras like recurring invoices.
