Yes. The Free plan costs €0 and needs no credit card. It covers 2 invoices a month, 2 clients, 1 saved bank account and the Classic PDF template.

Basic (€8.99/month) lifts you to 50 invoices a month, 20 clients, 5 bank accounts, plus credit notes and expenses. Pro (€14.99/month) makes invoices, clients, credit notes and expenses unlimited, and adds recurring invoices, all three PDF templates, and the option to remove the Made with Tally Crow line.

Limits such as invoices, credit notes and expenses are counted per calendar month and reset on the 1st. Clients and bank accounts are running totals rather than monthly counts.

When a client pays one of your invoices online by card, Tally Crow takes a small application fee: 2% on Free, 1% on Basic and 0.5% on Pro. That sits on top of the payment processor's own fee. Getting paid by bank transfer carries no such fee.

Yes. You can move up or down between Free, Basic and Pro whenever you like, and cancel at any time.

The prices shown are our plan prices; any VAT that applies depends on your location and is shown at checkout. On the invoicing side, you can create invoices and credit notes in any currency.

Paying annually saves roughly 17%. Basic works out at €89.90 a year and Pro at €149.90 a year, and you can switch between monthly and yearly with the toggle on this page.
