About us
We built Tally Crow for freelancers, creators and anyone who works for themselves and would rather spend their time on the work than on admin. Sending an invoice, tracking an expense or getting paid shouldn’t need an accounting background, a big monthly bill or five different tools.
What we believe
- Simple beats clever. Clear invoices, plain language, and a dashboard that shows what you’ve invoiced, what’s been paid and what’s still owed.
- Start free, upgrade only if you need more. The Free plan is free forever, with no card needed.
- Fees you can see. Our plan prices and the pay-now fee on online card payments are listed on the pricing page. Bank transfers carry no Tally Crow fee.
- Your data is yours. It’s stored on EU-based infrastructure, we don’t sell personal data, and you can export it or delete your account at any time.
- Any currency, anywhere. Invoice clients in any currency, wherever they are. We’re based in Malta and launched in Europe, but Tally Crow isn’t limited to either.
Who we are
Tally Crow is built and run by a small independent team based in Malta, including an ACCA-qualified accountant. We read every message, so if something is unclear, missing or broken, tell us at info@tallycrow.com or through the support form in the app.
How we write our guides
Our blog guides are practical, plain-English explainers on invoicing, getting paid and keeping tidy records. Every guide is reviewed by an ACCA-qualified accountant on our team before it’s published, and we keep them up to date as the product changes. If you spot something wrong, let us know and we’ll fix it.
Even so, Tally Crow isn’t an accountancy firm, so our guides are general information rather than tax, legal or accounting advice for your situation. Rules vary by country and circumstance, so check with a qualified accountant before acting on anything that affects your tax. If you’re based in Malta, we can introduce you to one from inside the app.
